Cloud Cyber Security Analyst – No Agencies

Salary: £25+ depending on experience

Office 365/Cloud Services

Owns the security management of Office 365 systems (Exchange, Azure AD, SP Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Conditional Access, Intune and Office Suite) & serves as the security overwatch for the underlying systems while being available to provide security support of the O365 tenancy when required. You will perform security administration, roles/permissions setup, troubleshoots and conduct root cause analysis of issues and errors. You will understand Azure, conditional access policies and other security configurations such as impossible traveller.

You would be in a position that provides tier three security support for questions and problems relating to Office 365 security or other cloud platforms we manage such as AWS, related device hardware and software and computer networks. You may interact with police forces and courts for evidential reasons or with vendors if addressing complex problems and technical issues.

You will be key in supporting the continued growth and expansion of the business and hold a valued position in the team.

Essential Functions:
Manage multiple Office 365 tenants & perform data migrations
Understand & communicate changes to Office 365 applications & work with our clients IT service desks where required
Monitor Azure AD security & risk reports
Provide recommendations on changes and design enhancements to improve reliability, security, processes, and performance
Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, with specialization in one or more of the following: PowerShell, Exchange Online, Azure AD
Office 365 eDiscovery, Legal Holds, mailbox exports
Administration of Microsoft ATP for Exchange anti-spam & phishing policies
PowerShell scripting within O365/Azure/Teams/SharePoint
Could be scheduled for after-hours on call for security issues.
Maintain appropriate logs and documentation of issues, workarounds, and known problems in tracking tool.
Drive ownership to resolution
Participate in a variety of IT or digital crime investigation related projects and initiatives
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned

Scope and Accountability:
Applies principles, concepts, practices and standards of a professional field to complete a variety of ongoing assignments and projects; analyses quantitative information and applies professional judgment to resolve a variety of issues; affects team effectiveness through responsibility for the quality of own work. Can work on their own.

Knowledge and Experience:
3+ years of Office 365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Teams, Intune, Azure etc.)
Equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
Experience working with users in large, geographically dispersed environments
Experience configuring and maintaining enterprise systems and applications
PowerShell scripting within O365/Azure/Teams/SharePoint a plus
Experience with cloud-based SaaS providers & applications a plus
Solid troubleshooting skills, strong analytical and proven problem resolution skills
Excellent customer service skills
